At Soles to Soul, we offer a little something for everyone. Whether you are looking for a relaxing 1-hour reflexology session, or a gentle Yin Yoga class - we have it all!
YOGA CLASSES
Yoga is an ancient practice and has stood the test of time. Not only will you be moving your body you will be moving your soul while quieting the mind! Staying present in the moment and letting go of anything that may be holding you back or bringing you down. Come to your mat with an open mind, breath, listen to your body - it’s your best teacher! It’s not about how flexible you are at all, in fact it’s quite the contrary. We come to our mat to build our strength, flexibility and connections! There is nothing better than spending your time with like-minded people, building each other up and loving ourselves.
Our Yoga classes include different styles such as hatha yoga with a vinyasa flow, power yoga, chair yoga and yin yoga. All levels welcome. All classes end in a final relaxation/sivasana.
REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology is a focused pressure technique done on both feet. It's based on the premise that there are zones and reflexes on different parts of the body which correspond to and are relative to all parts, glands and organs of the entire body. The benefits are tremendous! All you have to do is just sit comfortably in a reclining chair, and relax.
Reflexology works in unison with all medical treatments and holistic practices, as it is an overall health and wellness experience.
Each one hour session includes an Epsom Salt foot soak with or without essential oils or a Witch Hazel foot cleanse, full Reflexology session on both feet and the option to have an olive or coconut oil application to the feet to conclude your session.

Meditation can be done in many ways. You can start out by just sitting quietly for just a few minutes and increase your time at your own pace. You can do meditation lying down, sitting, kneeling, walking, sitting in a chair or on a meditation cushion. It can be guided by an instructor or on your own. It is just staying present in the moment, breathing and listening to your body. The beautiful thing is meditation quiets the mind so you can relax and tune into the body. When we quiet the mind it sets us up for a wonderful day on and off the mat. No experience required…we will guide you through your practice.
